House of Blues – New Orleans, LA

OBJECTIVE

ML2 was contracted to build a holistic experience that connected attendees with our client’s brands and influenced them to share messaging about an upcoming product. Special Supper Club Event, House of Blues, New Orleans, LA.

EVENT

ML2‘s Supper Club concept began with an amazing custom designed invitation including a personal letter from the CEO and a special recipe which intrigued guests to attend this event. Upon entering the world-famous House of Blues, guests were escorted through the Crystal Corridor to the Foundation room which displayed centuries old Tibetan temple architecture and artwork for a reception. The reception featured specialty cocktails named after three customer products increasing awareness of the brands’ new offerings. In the Parish Room, we infused jazzy live music into the venue with amber lighting accents. The cuisine was influenced by New Orleans’ unique flavors, and a culinary feast was served by the Foundation Room’s top chef and culinary team. Herlin Riley and Friends, regularly featured at Jazz at Lincoln Center, were in the spotlight and entertained the crowd. Sponsor logos and branding were at every touch point, influencing and immersing the audience in the overall experience. Custom designed gift bags filled with branded gifts and music CD’s were given at departure to increase memorability. Attendees were left singing only praises of the event!

IMPACT

ML2 captured the attention of the attendees and created a lasting and positive experience for the customer. Product knowledge was at the heart of this event and each brand was influential and will be remembered for a long time.
