OBJECTIVE

To draw current, potential customers and industry influencers to attend a customer event to enhance our client’s brand, product visibility and relationships.

EVENT

Trade shows and exhibitions represent a significant opportunity to hold events in connection with an annual meeting where key customers and industry influencers are in attendance. Our carefully produced theme, “Modern Masters event” and communication strategy encouraged customers to register to attend the event. The invitation, a high-quality art print along with consistent Emarketing was used to generate interest. Hosting our event in one of San Francisco’s grandest gallery spaces was impossible for invitees to pass up. Guests were surrounded by the visionary work of the art world’s most influential modern masters while exploring the cuisine and wine of Northern California. Carefully paired hors d’oeuvres and wines were butler served so our customer could facilitate discussion and share thoughts with attendees. Caricaturists sat throughout the space encouraging interaction and conversation which gave each attendee the opportunity to bring home a stylized portrait. Since the conversation of this event surrounded the treatment of patients with inflammatory eye diseases, the art gallery was an eye-catching environment. An amazing hardcover book featuring the top wineries located in Napa Valley was distributed in branded euro tote style bags extending the experience.

IMPACT

Against the backdrop of tangible accomplishments, this evening further enhanced the client’s brand which helped to strengthen, build and expand relationships.
