VIP Customer Reception – Orlando, Florida

OBJECTIVE

ML2 designed and managed a VIP Customer Reception Event that ultimately worked to make customers feel special and valued.

EVENT

We chose the 27th floor of an Orlando Restaurant which featured dazzling views of Downtown Disney for this themed event. The event focused on brand positioning and positive aspirations featuring our client’s corporate goals. The theme was built around the classic song “The Best is Yet to Come,” made famous by legendary Frank Sinatra. The highlight of this dazzling and elegant reception was Michael Andrew and his band Swingerhead performing a tribute to the golden days of music. Classic style libations were served on branded beverage napkins ML2 worked with the venue to create a delectable menu and an unforgettable dining experience paired with rare vintages of wine. Decor was dressed to the nines emulating the sophisticated, elegant style of one of the 20th century’s most acclaimed stars, “Ol’ Blue Eyes” Frank Sinatra. Tabletop presentation was elegance and beauty scattered with diamond table confetti and red rose centerpieces. Logo gift bags included martini candles and company branded shakers.

IMPACT

ML2 created a customer-centric event that focused exclusively on communicating our client’s brand with their customers. The spectacular panoramic view of the area’s dazzling firework displays evoked emotions and wrapped up the night with a lasting festive memory.
