Wine of the World – Orlando, Florida

OBJECTIVE

Our goal was to bring together 250 people within the medical community to celebrate and welcome the new CEO and President of the Prostate Cancer Foundation during The Prostate Cancer Symposium.

EVENT

Wine of the World Event – Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center, Orlando, Florida. Our elegant circular room set with food and tasting stations provided the perfect environment conducive to networking. A four piece jazz ensemble entertained guests while they enjoyed the ultimate in food and wine pairings highlighted by four different influences, the Far East, Mediterranean, Latin and New American. Guests had an opportunity to meet and talk directly to wine consultants bringing education and intrigue surrounding the wines and customized tastings. The global guest list clearly enjoyed making new connections while keeping up with old friends and colleagues. Our client’s guests made sure to taste each wine option in order to debate for their favorite. The event was a resounding success and enjoyed by all who attended.

IMPACT

ML2 It is a philosophy, a passion and a strongly held belief that wine is an extension of the plate, and a means to bring people together. Experiential marketing impact was based on creating connections between guests’ interests and shared passion to curing prostate cancer. The Prostate Cancer Foundation is the leading philanthropic organization that is funding and accelerating research to cure and more effectively treat prostate cancer globally.
