Come Face to Face With Beluga Whales, Georgia Aquarium
Attendees come face to face with beluga whales and other exotic underwater creatures while attending an event at the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta. Not only does the world’s largest aquarium offer up-close looks at marine life, but it also uses Wolfgang Puck as its caterer and offers team building options onsite—a win-win-win for groups. The Georgia Aquarium also offers team building opportunities such as animal encounter and interactive programs in which attendees will interact with penguins, dolphins and sea otters up close or even suit up with the beluga whale trainers.

Meeting Logistics planned a 61st annual meeting at the Trump SoHo in New York City this past October. Attendees from around the world got to sample the best of the Big Apple. In addition to business meetings, the trade association’s gathering included: an art and architecture tour, complete with a stop at One World Observatory; excursions to see Jersey Boys and The Lion King on Broadway; and a style tour where spouses and guests got to meet local fashion designers and shop inside their actual showrooms. Female attendees had a chance to enjoy a hair and makeup session before attending an evening black tie gala.
The planner behind the event was Catherine Mullen, President of Meeting Logistics a full-service meeting and events firm that is a nationally certified Women’s Business Enterprise.
